    1. Go to the DigiTar login screen: https://portal.digitar.com/.
    2. If this is the first time you have visited this site, don't try to log in.
    3. Click on the Forgot Password button at the top right corner of the screen.
    4. Enter your full lanecc email address (you@lanecc.edu) when prompted.
    5. This will cause an email to be sent to your GroupWise account from passwords@digitar.com
    6. Log into your GroupWise account.  Find and open the email from passwords@digitar.com.
    7. Click on the link provided in this email for resetting your password.  The link will look like this:

There has been a request to reset your password. To reset your password, navigate your broswer to https://portal.digitar.com/reset/final?id=8600529663824020080201170312
