IT Service Center (ITSC) General Information: The IT Service Center is responsible for installation, maintenance and problem solving for the faculty and staff computers and peripherals, located on the main campus of LCC. The ITSC phone line, Ext. 4444, is answered primarily by student workers along with help from the Information Technology Technicians. Any problems reported are ticketed and assigned to an IT Technician. The field response is handled by IT staff.
