Services Help with virus quarantine After the Symantec Antivirus scan runs, a message displays the results of actions taken by the scan. Below are the three possible messages you will see and the actions to take.. Message: Clean failed, Quarantine failed,
access denied Message: Clean failed, Quarantine succeeded,
access denied, Message: Clean succeeded Instructions for deleting the virus from quarantine Here is a picture of the Quarantine screen where the quarantined file is highlighted and red X activated:
