Help with virus quarantine

After the Symantec Antivirus scan runs, a message displays the results of actions taken by the scan. Below are the three possible messages you will see and the actions to take..

Message: Clean failed, Quarantine failed, access denied
Action: Call Computer Services Helpdesk x4444 and report the message. Turn off the pc until a technician can look at the problem.

Message: Clean failed, Quarantine succeeded, access denied,
Action: Follow the instructions below for deleting a virus from quarantine.

Message: Clean succeeded
Action: No further action needed

Instructions for deleting the virus from quarantine
1. Open the Symantec Antivirus Client and click on View in the menu bar at top
2. Click on Quarantine and see a list of quarantined files come up on the right
3. Click on a file to activate a red X in the toolbar above the list
4. Click on the X , the file disappears and is no further danger to your pc
