Work Requests

The Facillities Front Office Desk receives requests for work to be performed by Facilities Management and Planning via e-mail at facilitiesoffice@lanecc.edu, by phone at 541-463-5216, and in-person in our main lobby area located inside the front entrance on the second floor southwest side of building 7. The closest customer parking is located on the north side of the building, in the northeast corner of the main campus. The following information gives general guidelines for the Facilities Front Office Desk operation.

Work Requests may be submitted by phone at 541-463-5216, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Afterhour calls will be forwarded to voicemail and will be assigned a work order number during the hours of operation on the next scheduled business work day.

  • Emergencies
  • Questions regarding available services
  • All campus elevator maintenance, service requests, and emergencies

The Facilities Front Office Desk receives electronic work requests for services to college, departments, and organizations.

Requests for set up of special events must be submitted through MPulse by authorized administrative staff designated in your division.

Requests for services are subject to the following policies:

  • The department or entity requesting services must submit an electronic work request including an approved account number (if required). Submit directly to Facilities Management and Planning Front Office Desk before requesting services.
  • Only emergencies or routine services may be requested by phone at 541-463-5216 or e-mail (facilitiesoffice@lanecc.edu).
