SCIENCE ADDITION
February 5, 2001 Update
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF HEALTH TECH, STUDENT SERVICES & SCIENCE/MATH IS IMMINANT.
As various inspectors complete their duties, it looks like this week, the first phase of the Health Tech Remodel should reach substantial completion and obtain temporary occupancy permits. The Student Services Building and the Science/Math Complex will reach substantial completion next week, with issuance of temporary occupancy permits also expected; however, as with the Health Tech Project, aspects of finish-up work will continue. The tentative moving schedule for the three buildings are as follows: the Dental Hygiene and Assisting Programs will begin relocating to their new area the third week in March; the Science Department will begin portions of the moving process the later half of this month; and in May, the Student Services' departments will begin shifting their activities to the completed building.
