2.0 Promote alignment of key technology related functions across the college in the functional areas of:

by working with appropriate entities in each of these areas to ensure communication and coordination among these different functions with respect to technology, and by encouraging matrix planning.

3.0 Promote coordination among key technology related college-wide entities by:

Examples would include, but not be limited to, the Network Task Force, the Computer Support Committee, the Home Page Committee, the Bookstore, college-wide grants, professional development mini-grants, and Technology Initiatives.

3.2 Recommending the formation of new committees as needed in consultation with the appropriate college bodies.

3.3 Assembling and maintaining central information resources about the technology capacity of the college, such as a technology handbook or user's guide and an inventory of skills.
