Lane Community College continues to use data and an evidence-based culture to continuously improve practices and policies in support of student engagement and success. Lane looks at longitudinal student data, assessment data focusing on learning outcomes, unit data, and accreditation data focusing on our Core Themes. Through the work of Lane's Institutional Research, Assessment and Planning staff, a growing community of Data Coaches at Lane, our two Achieving the Dream Data Coaches, and college wide campus involvement, Lane is building data and analysis literacy. The Data Framework Mini Conference is part of this institutional development.
