Service Learning Agreement

The Service Learning Leadership Team has developed a Service Learning Agreement for use in all Service Learning classes. The PDF below is a sample. If you plan to integrate service learning in your courses, please contact the Coordinator at 463-3658 to receive a packet of Agreements at the beginning of the term and send all completed Agreements to the Service Learning office at the end of each term. Agreements must be signed by all participants (student, faculty member, and site representative).
