Other Services

Purchasing Services also provides the following services to college departments:

Fax Services

Purchasing Services provides fax service for departments that do have their own fax machine.

Receiving Faxes:
When a fax is received at Purchasing Services, the department or the designated recipient is phoned and the fax is picked up at Purchasing the same day. If the fax is not picked up, it is sent via intercampus mail to the designated department. If the designated department has a fax machine, the document is faxed to the department from Purchasing Services.

Sending Faxes:
Purchasing Services will fax documents for departments at no charge.

Purchasing Services provides departments with the following forms at no charge:

  1. Purchase Orders
  2. Department Purchase Orders
  3. Change Order Forms
  4. Quotation Forms
  5. Certification and Support of Purchase Requestion (quote exemptions)
  6. Inter-Campus Order Forms
  7. Fax Cover Sheets
  8. Purchase of Used Equipment Check List
