LCC PUBLIC SAFETY BICYCLE REGISTRATION FORM

LCC Students, Staff, and Faculty:

LCC Public Safety has developed this Bicycle Registration Form. The purpose of this Form is to provide a record of your bicycle in case it is lost or stolen. This information will be maintained in a Public Safety database. If you complete a hard copy of this document, you will be issued a “label” in the Public Safety office, when you drop off the form. If you complete this from online, a label will be mailed to your home or campus address. The card will assist Public Safety officers in their efforts to recover your property, should it be stolen.
