Process Redesign Employment Security
Agreement
1. No negative financial impact to any management employee affected by Process Redesign.
2. No management employee will be laid off or reduced in FTE as a result of implementation of Process Redesign. The College may reassign a management employee.
3. The College will inform the employee in writing of all Process Redesign committee recommendations that would change the employee's management position.
4. The College acknowledges that managers participating in the Design Teams' work must balance dual workloads. The College agrees to nurture and accommodate managers who experience difficulty finding this balance.
