The Lane Dance Company

The Lane Dance Company is a student-based company dedicated to the creation, performance, and education of contemporary dance. In addition to presenting lecture demonstrations, the company performs new and repertory work by faculty and guest artists. The concerts are performed in the beautiful Performance Hall, and are supported by our talented costume, lighting and stage designers. Through dancing in the company, the students develop themselves as performing artists and also develop a sense of responsibility, professionalism, and a supportive work ethic. Students earn Rehearsal and Performance credit for dancing with the company.
