1. Supervises all office staff, manages program development and works with overseas partners to bring new international students to Lane. 
2. Assists students when the other staff members are not able to do so.  
3. Assists if you ever have an issue or a complaint with any staff member.

Jane Marshall
International Admissions Coordinator and IESL Advisor

Jane serves as Lane’s Primary Designated Official (PDSO).  She can help with:

1. Application and admission to Lane
2. Applying for an F-1 Visa
3. Immigration needs as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) such as travel signatures, changing to college level, and other needs
4. Change of Status and other complex immigrations regulations
5. Intensive English placement and enrollment management for IESL students

Colby Sheldon

Colby serves as a Designated School Official (DSO).  She also assists new and continuing students with:

1. Enrollment management for college level students
2. Insurance cards and questions related to payments and billing
3. Complex immigration regulations and applying for OPT
4. Issuing new I-20s for college level students
5. Social Security Cards
6. Official letters verifying enrollment.
7. U.S. tax withholding and filing
8. Part-time enrollment at Lane for students from other institutions
9. DMV issues
