Sustainability

The Health and Wellness Building will be Lane’s first building certified under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design green building rating system.  Lane is proud to take this step toward sustainability by constructing a building that will contribute to the health of this community and have a lower impact on our environment.  Lane’s goal is LEED silver certification. The design team has exceeded this expectation and the current design is expected to result in a LEED gold building.
