How do I sign up?

1.  Call to schedule an appointment:  (Marisa Hastie:  (541) 463-5552)
There are NO REFUNDS or RESCHEDULING granted for cancellations and/or missed appointments.  (*A one-time rescheduling will be granted to participants who notify the lab staff more than 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.)

2.  Pay online:  (Do not pay before staff approval.)
Register on ExpressLane using the appropriate CRN.  Your student or staff account will be billed.

3.  Download Forms:  (The Exercise Science Testing Lab staff will inform you of which forms to complete.)
