The Counseling Department provides personal support services which allow students to profit from their Lane Community College experience. Students and prospective students may contact counselors or advisors directly during their posted office hours, or they may contact counselors and advisors through the Counseling office. Prospective students may meet with a counselor or advisor for information on a drop-in basis. Enrolled students may also use the center for brief advising or for referral for counseling or advising.
The LCC Health Clinic provides a broad range of health care services for students taking credit classes, including evaluation and treatment for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic conditions. Appointments are preferred; urgent visits are accommodated when possible. They also provide information and referrals to community resources.
Credit students who have paid the Technology Fee have free, unlimited access to Lane computer labs for online courses, class assignments, and research.
The library provides facilities to give persons with disabilities equal access to its services and resources.

Lane's Code of Conduct describes conduct interfering with the responsibilities and obligations of the college. This document also outlines the penalties imposed for prohibited conduct and explains the procedural due process for alleged student violations and the protection of student rights.
The TRiO Learning Center at Lane Community College helps students succeed. It is a federally funded program with the goal of helping students stay in school and successfully graduate from Lane Community College and/or transfer to a four-year institution. Services are provided free to eligible students to assist them in meeting the varied challenges of college life.

Programs at Lane Community College are approved by the State Board of Higher Education State Approving Agency as qualified training for students eligible for Veterans Administration education benefits.
