Introduction - Format

Before you begin navigating the online NSIS you’ll want to download and print the NSIS Information Guide *(pdf). The Information Guide will serve as a valuable reference as you proceed through each page.

Should you need further clarification on any given topic upon completion of the NSIS, consider using AskLane, searching the Lane Catalog or consult with your Program Advisor/Counselor.

General suggestions as you continue:

  • Bookmark links for future reference
  • Download and print worksheets as they appear
  • Keep all Lane records/documents in an academic folder

The online NSIS may present some technological challenges such as Internet speed, browser support, some software compatibility issues, and general comfort in use of technology and web navigation.

So now, you are on your way!
