| Integrity | |
Integrity is an overriding value that sustains our other Values. Integrity means honestly matching feelings and thoughts with words and actions while maintaining only a desire for the good of others without malice, manipulation, deception, or intent to control. We value integrity because it provides the foundation for all our working relationships. We will regularly examine our values and actions to ensure that the two are in harmony. |

Humor brings fun and balance to our work and is a constructive way of acknowledging the contradictions in life. We value humor because it lightens the task and strengthens relationships. We encourage the constructive use of humor throughout the workplace. |

Fairness brings consistency and compassion to our work and relationships. We value fairness because it promotes trust. We will be fair to all by understanding the interests of each person and acting in the best interest of the whole. |

Caring is supporting others with understanding, sensitivity and concern for their needs and well-being. We value caring because it establishes a sense of community and concern. It also defines the quality of our work and our relationships. We will be aware of how our interactions affect others and work to meet their needs, be sensitive to their feelings, and build positive relationships. |
