The Urban Gardener
Learn vegetable gardening basics such as the difference between soil and soil amendments, how each contributes to plant health, how to water correctly, how to plant seeds, how to fertilize, how our climate and weather affect our gardens, composting basics, use of garden tools, different styles of gardening, and information about urban micro-livestock. Leave with hands-on skills, a hanging basket with edible leaves that you start, a flat of vegetable starts, and a notebook full of resources.
