AARP Driver Safety Program
Since its inception in 1979, the program has covered defensive driving techniques, rules of the road, and normal changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time – including ways to compensate for these changes. Open to all ages and non- AARP members. Participants age 55+ may qualify for insurance discounts. Call each site for time, cost, and to register for the classes. NOTE: This is now a six hour class. (SAI Course)

Drivers Education
Consists of eight hours of classroom instruction and six one-hour driving sessions (scheduled at first class). Emphasis on fundamentals of correct handling in typical driving situations and preparation for license. Bring valid Oregon Driver's Permit or License and appointment calendar to first class. Does not meet ODOT requirements for teenage drivers.

Motorcycle Rider Training
Lane motorcycle courses are offered in cooperation with TEAMOREGON, a
nationally recognized leader in motorcycle rider safety and skills training.
TEAMOREGON offers something for riders of every level, ability and experience
that will help you ride safer, smarter and more skillfully.
