Property Management II
You will study Oregon real estate license law and administrative rules as it applies to property management activity.analysis of markets, properties, and evaluating the owner's objectives. Meets 30 hours of the 60 hour requirement for the Oregon Real Estate Property Management License. Cost of class include a required Fair Housing Workshop on a Saturday date and time yet to be determined. This class can be taken for CEU's for current Property Managers.

RE Exam Preparation
This all day real estate pre-license review class is for those who have completed all of their 150 hour study requirements. It is a full day of intensive lecture and testing to prepare you for the state exams. Students scoring 85% or higher in this class should have no problems passing the state exam.

Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course
An accelerated course with a combination of classroom instruction and home study that in 12 weeks will have you ready to take your state exams. The cost includes the 8 hour exam prep class at the end of your course. This course is taught by a Principal Broker/Trainer who has been helping students pass the state exam since 1993. Upon successful completion of this training course, you are eligible for an on-the-job learning experience (internship) through Cooperative Education (Co-op). Co-op courses are regular credit courses that cost the same as other credit courses and are eligible for financial aid.
