2. Make time in your schedule for this activity:
- Give yourself a challenge that has a FUN
element to it (puzzle, game, etc…)
- Do this alone, or with friends who understand
and care about your struggle.
- Set a timer for the activity, or for specific
tasks within the activity.
- Do this regularly to desensitize
yourself to to the timer.
