• Active duty in the Armed Forces of the US for not less than 90 days; and
• Released from military service under honorable conditions; and
• Is a resident of Oregon when applying for State Educational Aid; and
• Is a citizen of the United States
• Not eligible to receive benefits under any other chapter
• Full-time pay $150/mo.; part-time pay $100/mo.
• Complete State VA Form 1005-M each term benefits are collected

Documentation Required (1st time applicants)

• Certified Copy of Member - 4 DD214
• State Form 1004-M - Educational Aid Eligibility Determinations
