Attendance via telephone conference call:
Chair Mike Rose called the meeting of the Lane Community College Board of Education to order at 11:10 a.m.  Present by telephone were:  Board Chair Mike Rose and Board Members Jay Bozievich, Roger Hall, Paul Holman, Larry Romine, Kathleen Shelley, Dennis Shine; and President Mary Spilde.  Present in the Boardroom were Lane Community College Education Association President Jim Salt; Lane Community College Employees Federation President Bob Baldwin; Executive Director of Human Resources Dennis Carr; and Executive Assistant to the President Tracy Simms.  Other staff were also present.

Lane Community College and Lane Community College Education Association Economic Agreement

Romine moved, seconded by Holman, to approve the Economic Agreement between the college and Association resulting from negotiations mandated by the 1999-2005 main agreement and ratified by the Association.

Motion passed unanimously.

The next regular meeting will be February 11, 2004, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at Lane Community College.
