New Student Information Session

Expand participation in sessions and broaden accessibility to new student information

Key Issues:

  • Limited marketing of the value of attending a session
  • Under-utilization of information by students and employees
  • Sessions perceived as introduction to Lane for credit students only - credit student focus instead of all students focus
  • Students who do not attend feel less affiliated with the College
  • Accessibility of sessions - when and where sessions offered (i.e., timing, availability of rooms)
  • Employees not aware of session content
