EVALUATION PROCESS

Annually, the team sets achievable, reasonable, and quantifiable goals as they relate to the delivery of service to students. Evaluation is informative and evaluative as follows:

  • Established, defined, and achieved performance standards (e.g. measures of efficiency and effectiveness)

  • Team goal(s) accomplished
  • Teams functioning collaboratively
  • Cooperation between teams
  • Team is productive
  • Effective group process

  • Individual contributes to team success
