Profile: Patrick Torelle is a full-time theatre instructor teaching Theatre Arts. He earned his B.S. and M.A. in Theatre
Arts at Portland State University. He also studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and pursued individual
studies with Lee Strasberg, Cicely Berry and Arthur Lessac. Patrick was recognized by Portland's
Willamette Week as one of the Outstanding Contributors to the State of Oregon in 1977. He has taught at the
college level for over twelve years. His work as a professional actor and director has earned rave reviews from Los Angeles to Seattle.
Patrick has performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC with the American College Theater Festival and has
gone to the ACTF Regionals three times. He is also a member of Actors Equity Association and Association for
Theatre in Higher Education.
