Project Definition

Lane Administrative Systems Renewal
RFP Phase 

Deliverables

The Project Team will produce the following written documents: 

  • A Project Definition (this document) 
  • A Request for Proposals to be provided to the vendors. 
  • A recommendation on preferred software and hardware to be presented to the Steering Committee. 
  • A RFP PhaseI project budget to be presented to the Steering Committee. 
The Project Team will create a LASR Project website to be used throughout the remainder of the project to communicate and document project activities.
