RFP Phase 

The Project Team has made the following assumptions: 

• Decisions during all phases of the LASR project will be made for the greater good of the college. 
• The campus is ready for this change and supports moving ahead efficiently. 
• Campus buy-in for the project either exists already or will develop as a result of information shared as the project proceeds. 
• Adequate financing is available to complete all project phases. 
• Lane staff resources are available to complete project work. 
• The project team composition sufficiently represents campus interests. 
• Site visits can be arranged on our tight time schedule. 
• Vendor responses and site visits will provide enough information for the team to make a selection recommendation. 
• The targeted vendors remain going concerns (stable businesses). 
• Successful negotiation with the selected vendor is possible within available resources. 
• The Steering Committee and the Board accept the negotiated package. 

The Board, ELT and the Steering Committee support and promote the work of all phases.
