Join this class to see how you can improve your balance, flexibility, strength, endurance and posture with fun, new exercises. You will learn how to perform activities that will make your every day living easier. A variety of equipment will be used and all fitness levels are welcome. Your Employee Wellness Coordinator, Wendy Simmons, will take you through this class.
