  • Take a walk with a colleague.
  • Random act of kindness.
  • Random act of appreciation.
  • Lunch w/colleagues and listen to music (entertainment).
  • Taking time to connect.
  • Meet someone new to you.
  • Help someone feel more part of Lane.
  • Touch base with people with who you don't work with often.
  • Intentionally thank people.
  • Recognize the contributions of someone who has a different job honoring how they contribute to the outcome.
