Payroll Information - Excluding Hourly Employees From the Classified Bargaining Unit

Effective:  January 1, 2000

Bargaining Unit Placement:  Automatic placement as HC unless a unit exclusion is specifically requested on the Personnel Action Form in the Comments Section.

Exclusions

• Call-in employees who do not work on a “regular” basis or

• Student workers as defined in Article 3.2.7 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
