Workforce Development and Training Competencies

These competencies reflect learning that should occur and learning that technology employees may be responsible for developing and delivering.  The latter group of competencies may be included in employee performance management expectations and performance assessments.

2-55  Instructional media, library organization and on-line learning opportunities and methods 2-155  Train staff in the application of applicable federal and state regulations associated with OSHA, FCC, ISO and ADA statutes, copyright laws and administrative rules 2-170  Assist and train students and/or staff in a multi-user environment

These entries reflect "duties" more than "competencies".  They are excluded from the personnel systems application document pending further review by the College.  If specific statements reflect critical competency areas, they should be rewritten to better reflect the competency and then included in the appropriate place in the personnel systems application document.  All task are listed in proficiency numberical order.
