Program and Transfer Plan Review and Revision

  1. Access the classbuilder drive
  2. Click on catalog info drive folder
  3. Click on catalog program descriptions drop box
  4. Click on your department’s file to locate your programs and/or transfer plans
  5. After opening any program file, "save as" a word document with a different name, preferably with _rev  attached at the end of the file name. We need the original program file to remain intact, and a second file saved with a new name.
  6. Once you have saved the file turn on "track changes" and start to edit.
  7. Please verify you are providing information according to the template for AAS and certificates first used last year. We are happy to publish the url for admissions information for selective admissions programs, but we are no longer publishing complete admissions information, nor the names of counselors and advisors.
  8. When you are finished editing save the revised document back to the classbuilder drive.
(Each of your programs should have two files on classbuilder: the original, with no changes made to it, and the revised file, which will have all your editing marks.)

Please Note:  Institutional Research, Assessment and Planning (IRAP) will provide the Differential Fee information for programs.
