Procedure: Student Materials: Returning to Student

It is the policy of Academic and Student Affairs that all materials such as workbooks, practice sets, art or shop projects, or term papers be returned to the student unless the instructional administrator determines that the return of the materials may compromise future instructional use of the materials.
If the instructional administrator determines that student materials would compromise future instructional use if returned to the students, then the instructional administrator and instructor must insure that the course information sheet clearly specifies which materials will not be returned. (See Course Information Sheets).
All projects for which the student has provided or purchased the materials must be returned to the student. |
