Campuswide copier management is the responsibility of the director of Printing/Graphics, who assures efficient and effective use of copiers.

The director acquires all copiers, supplies and maintenance agreements, and places the copiers.  Users are charged at the lowest rates consistent with recovering costs of machine purchase/rental, supplies and maintenance.  Replacement of copiers is funded through monies collected over time from chargebacks.

In the interest of college-wide cost effective duplicating, "convenience" rather than "production" copiers are placed in departments.
