Serving on the board this year are Susie Johnston, chair; Robert Ackerman, vice chair; and Pat Albright, Gary LeClair, Tony McCown, Rosie Pryor, and Sharon Stiles, members. It is our privilege to serve you.
Through community outreach, listening to you, and establishing policies that govern the operation of the college, we help Lane provide the programs, classes and services you need. We pay close attention to staying within the college's limited resources and advocating for better funding.
An education is essential in today's economy to get a good job, navigate the opportunities and challenges of life, and to be a productive citizen.
Lane is key to all of these endeavors. It’s an ongoing struggle to obtain adequate public funding and keep student costs down. But that’s why we’re here—to fight for your education.
More than 38,000 people a year enroll at Lane Community College. Whatever your goal, we’re glad you’re here and we look forward to serving you in the coming year.
