Suspended ceiling grid is scheduled to be started March 3rd. The two rooftop air handlers are on site. Weather permitting, they are scheduled to be lifted by helicopter onto the Center building roof on March 9th. We are still within our original time schedule and budget.
- Sewer Lagoon Upgrade: One of the significant milestones of the DEQ Mutual Agreement Order is the approval of the college's Facilities Plan and we have just received that approval. The next step in the process is for our engineers to prepare and submit a "Preliminary Engineering Report" to DEQ. This document outlines the processes, various pieces of manufactured equipment and their location on our property. Submittal of this document should occur early this summer.
