Bond 1995 Projects Status Report

• The Welding Technology Building, Addition to Campus Services Building, Parking Lot Improvements, Child Care Center, Math-Science Addition, Bus Station, Student Services Building, Central Plant Upgrade, Health Tech., P.A.-P.E. ramp, Addition to Performing Arts, Center Building, 2nd floor N. remodel, Library remodel, and temporary space for Archives have all been completed.
  
  
• Workforce Training Center: The Mediation process has started and it is hoped that a resolution will be forthcoming in about 4 - 6 weeks.
  
  Construction of the Preparation kitchen is complete and final equipment connections should be finished shortly.
  
  
• Center Building, 4th floor remodel: Demolition is about 95% complete. Light metal framing is about 75% complete. The electricians and HVAC subcontractor are about 50% complete with their rough-in work. Drywall is about 25% complete. Rooftop air handlers are scheduled to arrive on site on February 17. They are scheduled to be lifted into place by the end of February. Happily and despite some unexpected expenses, we are still within our original time schedule and budget.
  
  
• Sewer Lagoon Upgrade: The Owner-Engineer Agreement has been signed and the engineers have started work on the design of the upgrade to the wastewater treatment system.
