March 23, 2000 Update
Student Services:
Footings are 80 percent poured for the south wall, water lines are in, storm sewer work has been done, and the elevator cylinder has been dug. The Business Building west sidewalk was closed last week, but the south end will be open this week for wheelchair access to the first floor of the Business Department. The portion of the sidewalk in front of Computer Services will remain closed. The entire sidewalk may have to be closed again later for tunnel work, but alternative wheelchair access will have to be provided first. A speed hump and pedestrian crosswalk was installed on the driveway near the site to improve pedestrian safety.
