February 23, 2000 Update
Student Services:
Chambers Construction says it will set-up on Monday, Feb. 28, for the Student Services Building Project. This is when road and sidewalk closures will take effect. The driveway in front of the west entrance fountain known as Dale Parnell Loop will be closed to vehicles, which will be restricted to parking lot drive-through aisles. The south half of the loop will be enclosed by construction fencing but pedestrians will still have access to the main entrance sidewalk over the fountain pond, as well as Health Tech Building ramps and sidewalks. The sidewalk to the south side of the fountain pond will be closed. Also closed will be the west end of the old bus lane by Apprenticeship, from its west end to the southwest corner of the Business Building. Vehicles will still be able to access the Center Building, Forum Building, and other buildings along the lane, by entering and exiting from the east end.
