PERFORMING ARTS ADDITION
January 7, 2002 Update
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF PA ADDITION DRAWS NEAR.
DPR is scheduled to reach substantial completion on the addition to the Performing Arts facility on January 28. LCC's painters continue working on the interior of the addition and are waiting for several days without rain in order to complete exterior painting. Carpet installation is already underway and once completed, cabinetry installation will take place. This week you should see exterior site work commence as grading activities prepare the ground for work on sidewalks and the bases for light fixtures. The PA staff plans to relocate to their new offices in the addition during the second half of March. Moves to remaining areas in the addition will take place in June.
