September 10, 2001 Update
PERFORMING ARTS TAKES SHAPE.
Scaffolding at the Performing Arts site will soon be coming down as the last concrete blocks are put in place. If not complete today, the exterior wall should be done in the next few days. DPR is also hard at work establishing a first floor passageway that will connect the current building to the addition. The new passageway can be found adjacent to the bottom of the stairway. On the second floor, cabinetry is set and installation of floor coverings is currently underway. A temporary occupancy permit is expected towards the end of the week.
