September 18, 2000 Update
TWO OUT OF THREE MODULARS READY TO GO ON THE 25TH.
As reported, remodeling of current space in the Center basement and the former Child Care modulars will provide classrooms and offices while bond construction is conducted on campus. Both the basement of the Center building and Modular #30 will be ready for the beginning of classes this next week. Modular #31, which will house the Culinary Arts demo kitchen, will be completed during the week of the 25th. Arrangements are being made to provide instructional space for the culinary classes during the first week of instruction.
