July 31, 2000 Update

The Bond Project Management Team is able to hear regularly from faculty, staff, administration, and board members regarding their thoughts about bond construction. The one sector that has been most difficult for bond management to hear from with any regularity has been the student population. Therefore, in order to tap into students' opinions, the bond management conducted brief interviews with students on the main campus. In order to provide a forum where students' opinions regarding construction activities can be heard by all sectors, the bond web site will, from time to time, provide quotations of various students interviewed on the main campus. This week, see what students think about changed location of classrooms, closures of parking lots, and the construction climate on campus.

Question: What do you think about the construction that is going on here on the LCC main campus?
	"The construction doesn't bother me, but I was twenty years in a Navy shipyard... I think it's just great that it's expanding... The roof is unique; different."
