HEALTH REMODEL
September 18, 2000 Update
HEALTH TECH UNDERGOES MUTIPLE REMODELING ACTIVITES.
While remodeling activities on the Health Tech building have only been underway for a short time, already the staff and faculty are familiar with HVAC, water, and power shutdowns. Not surprisingly, inside the first floor remodel, tremendous work on ductwork and infrastructure lines has already taken place. The bond office has provided residents of the entire facility with fans to help with air circulation during intermittent HVAC shutdowns. In the first floor passageway, angle metal is being installed as part of the seismic upgrade. Current remodeling activities are scheduled to be completed in March of 2001.
