CENTER BUILDING REMODEL
March 4, 2002 Update
CENTER 2ND FLOOR REMODEL SHAPING UP.
LCC trades are moving along at a significant pace on the Center 2nd Floor Remodel as evidenced by the completion of the framing. Certain areas are now sheet rocked and taping and mudding activities are underway. All the plumbing is roughed-in, and completion of the electrical rough-in is expected in the near future. In construction, the term "roughed-in" applies to work that is behind the walls, as opposed to fixtures we see attached to walls, such as sinks or light fixtures. HVAC and hydronic work continues on schedule with approximately 45% of the work complete.
