CENTER BUILDING REMODEL
January 28, 2002 Update
CENTER 2ND FLOOR REMODEL WELL UNDERWAY.
LCC's carpenters are wasting no time putting up framing for the future home of Academic Learning Skills on the second floor of the Center. Completion of significant amounts of framing will allow ALS personnel to tour the area this week and come away with a good understanding of the spatial dynamics of their future space. As work on the remodel progresses, mechanical and HVAC subcontractors will soon join the workforce. Once completed, the second floor remodel will encompass classrooms, computer labs/classrooms, testing areas, group study rooms, a workroom, a lounge, and offices. The project is scheduled to reach completion in June '02.
