CENTER BUILDING REMODEL
November 5, 2001 Update
CENTER 2nd FLOOR AWAITS PERMIT.
Demolition is all but complete in northern areas of the Center 2nd floor that are being remodeled for Academic Learning Skills; however, approved construction plans have yet to be released by the county planning office. Although the planning office is dealing with a tremendous workload at this time, the bond office expects that the permit and approved plans will arrive sometime in the next several weeks. Once the permit is secured, LCC's carpenters will begin framing the newly designed areas. Construction will reach completion in time for a summer '02 move -in.
