September 5, 2000 Update
RETURN TO ONE SHIFT EMINANT FOR LAUNDRY SERVICES.
If you remember, due to an error by engineers, the boiler installed in Laundry Services was unable to supply enough hot water to meet Laundry's needs. Consequently, an additional boiler and booster are being installed to bring hot water capacity to appropriate levels. Lines have been run from the new boiler, which is positioned in the southeast corner of Shipping & Receiving, to the boiler room in Laundry Services. It is anticipated that within a week, Laundry will be able to return to running one complete crew during regular business hours.
